Willing Wine is a small, intimate wine bar in North Hobart. The kind of place where you’re welcomed in, looked after, and probably stay longer than planned.

The vibe is warm and easy, with a focus on good food, great wine, and relaxed, thoughtful service. The menu is all about simple, well-executed dishes, think classic wine bar fare including croquetas, fish crudo, pasta alla vodka and steak frites - alongside fresh local oysters and seasonal snacks.

The wine list is always moving, with a rotating lineup of interesting by-the-glass options and a deeper bottle list if you feel like settling in. There is a tight cocktail list too, including a very good dirty martini.
